Refund Policy / Returns and Exchange

Exchange Policy

Products purchased through our web shop (www.four-leaf.ae) may be exchanged by visiting our physical store located at Shop 1, Al Matali’ Street No. 4, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Please note that certain items, such as personalized or customized products, are excluded from exchange and are clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

To qualify for an exchange, products must be:

  • In their original condition

  • Unopened and unused

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by the original invoice

  • Returned within 14 (fourteen) days of the purchase date

FOUR LEAF reserves the right to decline exchanges if items show signs of use, have damaged packaging, or are not returned in a resaleable condition.


Returns and Refunds

We accept returns strictly under the following conditions:

  • The product must be in unused condition

  • It must be returned in its original, sealed packaging

  • The original invoice must be included

  • The return must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date

We do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was received defective or incorrectly fulfilled.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or not what you ordered, please initiate the return process within 7 (seven) days of delivery. Items must be returned in the condition they were received. Upon approval, a full refund will be issued, including any applicable delivery fees, handling charges, and VAT. If stock permits, a replacement may also be arranged.

Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation of your order at any time before it is marked as “Processed” in your account order tracking. If successful, we will:

  • Cancel the order free of charge, and issue a full refund; or

  • Modify the order, if possible, subject to product availability and any price adjustments

If your order has already been processed, please wait for delivery and initiate a return following the standard procedure.

Note: Subscription-based orders are subject to a minimum of three delivery cycles before cancellation becomes possible.
